Unlike other software companies if you don’t like our product the way it is, we will change it just for you, charges apply.

Software Support

All products we sell are supported by Right Software staff here in Australia. In many cases our software comes with one month free support. After the free support expires you have two options available.

• Subscribe to get support this means that you pay a flat fee per month no matter how much support you use.
• Only pay for what you use, this is charged in 15 minute blocks.

Or trade the one month free support for free training (only available in Sydney and Melbourne.). In any case Right Software will help you choose the most cost effective option for you.

Training

Right Software can train you how to use the software that you purchase from us, in some cases at no extra cost to you. The training is usually given a few days after the software has been purchased and once a convenient time has been organised. Unfortunately at this stage, free training is only available in Sydney and Melbourne.
